Jump Rope For Heart Jump-a-thon November 2010

On Thursday 4th in the afternoon and Friday 5th November in the morning all the children present at Kindergarten participated in the Heart Foundation Jump-a-thon to raise monies for the Heart Foundation. Bayview Kindergarten is a 'Healthy Heart' kindergarten. This year we earned and were presented with the GOLD HEALTHY HEART AWARD being the very first early childhood centre in the North Island to receive a GOLD award. Our Kindergarten Philosophy is about keeping healthy through lots of Active Movement and Eating Healthy too. We enjoyed participating in the Jump-a-thon. Children brought in gold coins which will go to the NZ Heart FOundation. Thank you everybody!
